Shipping policy

 

Each product is produced by hand from scratch. We offer a fast posting and delivery service; but please be aware that each product is made to order therefore this can effect delivery. We will keep you updated if there are any issues. We try and meet the turnaround time of around a week on average but times may vary and be shorter or quicker depending on stock, availability, processing times, customised products and issues with delivery eg. Postal strikes, Christmas delivery, bank holidays etc All parcels are sent via Royal Mail Tracked 24 or 48 delivery.
